HELP ME! - I need to ask someone questions on how to use Eudora Light!

If you are a student, contact your school systems administrator. They should be able to answer some of your questions regarding configuration and accessing your account.

If you are using an ISP, contact the tech support there. Again, they should be able to answer some of your questions regarding configuration and accessing your account.

Can't I write to a webmaster or call Eudora to ask Eudora Light questions?

Please don't. :-( Due to the enormous popularity of Eudora Light, we regret that we cannot provide person-to-person technical support for the freeware version. Please allow us to continue our FREE Eudora Light program by directing your technical questions to your schools, ISPs, the newsgroups, and the mailing lists. How do I upgrade to the latest version of Eudora Light?

Just download the latest version from Eudora's web site www.eudora.com, and install right over your old version. Your folders and mailboxes should not be affected
